Summer School Registration information 

 Important Health Information

This is to inform you that beginning Fall of 2013 all students entering, advancing, or transferring into 9^th, 10^th,11^th, or 12^th grades will be required to show proof of receiving one dose of Tdap vaccine regardless of the interval since the last DTaP, DT or Td dose.

Many students have already received this vaccine.  If you are unsure of whether your child has received this vaccination, contact your child’s health care provider.  If needed, documentation of the vaccination can be faxed to the school nurse at 462-3826. 

Taking care of this health requirement now will avoid the last minute rush after school begins in the Fall.  Many local health departments and pharmacies also offer the vaccine.  Students without proof of the vaccination will be subject to exclusion on October 1.
